Arrival/check-in: from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m
Arrivals and departures are not possible on Sundays

We charge a 5% commission for bookings through internet booking portals

Bookings are considered binding when confirmed in writing via e-mail or fax and accompanied by the payment of a deposit (from January 2023, 30% of the booked stay).

Payment in cash - no credit cards accepted. Advance payment by bank wire transfer also accepted.

Normal cancellation terms and conditions are as follows:
Cancellation from 30 to 22 days prior to date of arrival: you will be charged 50% of the cost of the stay.
Cancellation less than 22 days prior to the date of arrival: you will be charged 80% of the cost of the stay.

Should you make a reservation far in advance, please contact us again by phone some time before your arrival. Should you leave earlier than envisaged or cancel your reservation, you will be charged with the days you have already booked.
