with a minimum stay of 5 days

Arrival/check-in
from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m
Arrivals and departures are not possible on Sundays

We charge a 5% commission for bookings through internet booking portals

Bookings are considered binding when confirmed in writing via e-mail or fax and accompanied by the payment of a deposit (from January 2024, 30% of the booked stay).

Payment in cash - no credit cards accepted. Advance payment by bank wire transfer also accepted.

Conditions for booking cancellation

Cancellation from 30 to 22 days prior to date of arrival: you will be charged 50% of the cost of the stay.
Cancellation from 21 to 8 days prior to the date of arrival: you will be charged 80% of the cost of the stay.
Cancellation from 7 to 0 days prior to the date of arrival: you will be charged 80% of the cost of the stay.
