WINERY SINCE 1592

Wine was already being made at the Popphof Winery in 1592, which makes it more than 400 years old. In 1722 the property was acquired by the Menz family. Today, Andreas Menz, a passionate vintner with decades of experience in vine growing, year after year creates exceptional wines including fresh whites, smooth rosés and vibrant reds that have won many international awards.
